Staying on the 5th floor with a small balcony facing the piste at the front of the hotel offered amazing views, making the upgrade well worth it. The rooms, although fairly basic as expected in ski resorts, were clean and comfortable, though not overly spacious. The service, particularly in organizing transportation to Morzine and Geneva, lacked attentiveness as the staff seemed young and inexperienced. The location was excellent for competent skiers with ski in/out access, close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was satisfactory but lacked options like Porridge. Overall, the hotel offered a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.
